The outdoor athletics track is located in the recreation area Blaarmeersen.
It is a 400-m track of 8 lanes in polyurethane. Also there is covered grandstand of 160 seats, so all supporters are welcome!

Age Category
The participants are divided in 5 classes according to age. The grouping applies to both men and women.
- Category A (senior) °1999-1987
- Category B (30+) °1986-1977
- Category C (40+) °1976-1967
- Category D (50+) °1966-1957
- Category E (60+) °1956 and before
The year of birth determines the age category (rather than the full date of birth).
